This two-day advanced online training is designed for experienced collaborative professionals looking to deepen their skills, explore innovative approaches, and strengthen their team-based practice. Led by Forrest “Woody” Mosten, this program blends demonstration, discussion, and reflective practice—offering real tools for real cases.
Whether you’re navigating high-conflict dynamics, rethinking roles in interdisciplinary teams, or aiming to empower clients through informed decision-making, this course is built to challenge, support, and elevate your collaborative work.
This training is for mediators, lawyers, therapists, coaches, financial and collaborative professionals who have completed an Intro to Collaborative training and/or have prior mediation experience. (Specific topics are highlighted below.)

MCLE, Family Law Specialization, and CE Credit Available: This Mosten Mediation Training course is approved by the California State Bar for 8 hours of California MCLE and Family Specialization participatory credit. Mosten Mediation Training is also approved by the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (provider 75785) to sponsor Continuing Education and this training meets the qualifications for 8 hours of continuing education credit for LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs, and/or LEPs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. Professionals in other states can request credit approval from their governing organizations (credit is not guaranteed).
This is a live, participatory training delivered in a supportive, dynamic, and interactive online forum. Certificates: Mosten Mediation Training Course Completion Certificates will be awarded to those who completed the course and distributed after the last day of training, along with MCLE certificates (for attorneys), and CE certificates of attendance. Please note that mental health professionals are required to complete and return the CAMFT course evaluation form in order to receive the CE certificate of attendance.
