I am not surprised at all to hear that the vast majority of members of National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals report that they:
* Find online mediation at least as effective as in-person
* Plan to continue to offer online mediation after Covid
* Have found their client base has grown with online access
As the report states, “the Zoom genie has left the bottle and has no intention of returning!”
