I wasn’t sure how well a mediation training would translate to Zoom, but this 40-hour training far exceeded my expectations. Not only did I learn a tremendous amount, but Woody, Susan, and Alison made it fun to boot! The amount of time, thought, and heart they put into it really made the experience exceptional. Leaving the course, I feel like I have so many new skills, but even more important, I now have a community of people to support me in the growth of my mediation practice.
