I thoroughly enjoyed the training program and found it not only essential, practical training as a mediator, but truly a mindset transformation from litigator to peacemaker.
The practical applications (especially the comprehensive role play) were extremely valuable as were Woody’s demonstrations to see how he would handle difficult discussions/conflict, and the parenting presentation was impactful.
I would just like more…so, I think you’ve done all that can be done in 40 hours, and I just want additional time.
