There are no words for how enlightening this training is. It was hard work which helps you know you’re cut out for mediation. It’s also beautiful work, reminding you that you can be a peacemaker and not a peddler of hate. As a successful family lawyer, I thought I mediated as part of my every day. I was wrong. Having completed this intensive training, I now know what I didn’t know before: mediation is a craft and an honor. This training takes you where you need to go to truly help families.
