The course was very insightful, eye-opening, providing fresh ideas and information which can hardly be found anywhere else. Each participant had the opportunity to react and respond. The materials have generously and systematically been shared with all participants. It was really useful to be warned about important articles when discussing new concepts and ideas. The examples of sentences and phrases which could be used in real mediation were extremely valuable. All on all, my impression is that I will be using many of the tools and techniques received in this master class, which is per se more than enough incentive to join similar activities in future.
