This course helped open my eyes on the different approaches to the mediation process. It taught me how to get my mind right by looking at my conflict management skills and how to approach – in a capacity other than a lawyer – working with people who are going through the financially and emotionally devastating process that is known as divorce. Woody, Susan and Alison (and the guest speakers) imparted such wisdom and grace that I will carry with me through my career (and life).
