Testimonials:

There was also some discussion and some advice given by Woody about people looking to start or further their mediation practices. Not least noting that Woody is pre-eminent in his fields, there was none of the “great I am” about one unfortunately does sometimes encounter in mediation circles. Instead what we got was an hour of good constructive discussion, insights and advice with everybody getting a chance to contribute. All of this and it didn’t cost anything? It might sound trite to say “well worth attending” but in the case of this Woody Mosten presentation this much used adage was absolutely 100% correct and I cannot wait for the next one which I believe is scheduled for February 6 at 9 AM PST. Woody will be joined by Lara Traum, Esq. with whom he co-authored the recently published and similarly important work, “Family Lawyer As Peacemaker”-See also above. Don’t wait until then for “official” notification of the event. There is nothing to stop you confirming interesting future events by contacting Woody via his website. Also don’t keep this published account of a fantastic event to yourselves. Please feel free to comment, repost et cetera. When so doing perhaps give a thought to people outside the mediation and collaborative law communities as well as within them. The message from Woody and his colleagues is an important one that really needs to be circulated as widely as possible.
